Sacred Origins

My path is woven from threads of grief, remembrance, and cosmic truth.

Born in Wales and rooted now in the sacred heartland of Minnesota,I’ve lived across six countries — including Egypt, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, the UK, and the United States. This global journey shaped my understanding of soul, belonging, and the invisible threads that connect us across space and time. I’ve walked many lifetimes within this one — as a mother, a mystic, a guide, a witness.

My work was forged in the crucible of personal loss and soul awakening. The death of my beloved partner Jason, the loss of my daughter's father and best friend Mark, and the unraveling of life as I knew it — each brought me home to the truth I now live and offer.

From the ashes of that grief emerged

the fire of purpose.

I came to understand that grief is not a detour from the path — it is the path. It is the invitation

I am an intuitive astrologer and Sky Scholar graduate, with over 15 years in Montessori education, and extensive training in Qoya Inspired Movement, Energy Healing, and Andean cosmology. I’m a Generator in Human Design (2/4 profile, Right Angle Cross of Laws), here to build what is aligned with joy, sustainability, and sacred service.
